Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

“We were extremely pleased with the PPAP training we received from The QC Group. Jeff was a terrific instructor - knowledgeable and interesting. The class was just what we needed to jumpstart our PPAP process. We are now producing excellent quality PPAPs on our own. We plan to do an FMEA class soon.”

– Tim H. St. Paul Brass and Aluminum

You will become familiar with the work required before an actual PPAP can be performed, the process of developing and submitting a Part Submission Warrant (PSW), the forms that must be used, and the PPAP requirements of the major auto, truck and tire manufacturers. Training will be to the AIAG PPAP booklet, 4th edition.
